As our second project starts. Things that we;ve learned from the first project. I have NO problem with anyone that smokes,drinks,takes opiods etc... Everyone is going through some type of crisis or situation. Our concern is LIABILTY, example as an individual comes to work intoxicated. Working on a scaffold and not strapped into some type of structual support. Falls and gets hurt(or worst), there will be some type of accountablilty and legal actions to proceed. The choice to come to work inebriated will lead to someone being liable for this accident and legal actions taken for a bad choice. Affecting family's lives possibly forever and secondary costing the company a signifcant loss in money and time. Black Rose Development WILL NOT allow someone's lifestyle to effect our goal in business. PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF THIS STATEMENT. Black Rose Development will terminate any contract with contractors or subcontractors that do not adhere to this key work policy.
