Our Opportunity
The Britton House is Black Rose Development first opportunity and rightfully so in our hometown of Homestead,Pennsylvania. This two bedroom and two bathroom two story modern farmhouse will have our quality design flair along with some of the latest smart home technology the area has to offer.

Before & After
2024 has started as a GREAT year
The Britton House SOLD in January. As of the time of this post, our first project sold for $163k. Making this house the highest two bedroom residential sold in the entire Steel Valley School District. Also being the first automated smart home in the area. We sold the house fully furnished with all appliances, smart technology included. We are very proud to have had the opportunity to renovate this house. We would like to thank the previous owner, the solicitors, The Borough of Homestead, The Steel Valley School District, the designer, and all of the contractors and subcontractors that played a role in creating this one of kind home. Our goal is to equal the real estate playing field in all of three boroughs, by adding value to the community. We look forward to creating more smart homes in The Steel Valley and West Mifflin School Districts.

Landscaped?
We will be documenting our progress, our struggles , our accomplishments to show our community our intentions to create a sound and functional house. With design and technology like no other in the area.

The incredible bulk
We're losing the nineteen-fifties rusted out wrought iron pillars. To install some engineered bulk structural beams with a lil bit of modern farmhouse. With a black finish 12 inch stainless steel floating house numbers. Once completed, the cherry on top will be a motion sensor light to let family and friends know they're home.
We got JUICE & GUTTERS.
Thank you to Duquesne Light Company for their quick response. And thank you to Leaf Pro for the great and prompt service. Spoke with agent in the morning and completed the install in the early afternoon. Thank you for the extra effort, installing through a snow squall. Now our journey will begin soon.
We're getting a lil Muddy.
Now that the weather is changing, we had the opportunity to update the sidewalk and add a new walkway to storage shed. We'll add exterior smart lighting so the new owner can easily take out the trash.
Waterfalls
What a soothing feeling to have some unique feature of waterfall fixtures.
